contracts
We believe that support contracts play a vital role in maintaining
effective IT systems, focussing on preventative maintenance to

to perform optimally, while routine administration and low impact
problems are attended to swiftly.

Hardware
We are able to supply and install a complete range of computer
hardware including:
Computers; desktops, laptops, servers, hand-held devices (pda’s)
Printers; inkjet and laser printers, all-in-one devices (printers/scanner/copier/fax),
printer network cards, ink/toners cartridges and other printer
consumables
Other peripherals; monitors, projectors and screens, document
scanners, keyboards, mice
Where off the shelf computer systems are not appropriate, we
are also able to build systems from scratch or modify off the
shelf systems to meet your specific business requirements.
Consumables
We are able to offer a wide range of IT consumables including
printer ink and toner cartridges, magnetic and optical media.
Most consumables can be delivered to your site (and installed
if required) within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
Repairs
We are able to provide a rapid repair service for the majority
of computer hardware including desktop and laptop computers, servers
and printers. In the unfortunate event of a hardware failure our
experienced engineers are able to troubleshoot problems to component
level, replacing the faulty element(s) and getting you business
back up and running with minimum of disruption.
Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes (but not always) help to address performance
issues with desktop, laptop and server computers. Our engineers
can advise if an upgrade is the most appropriate course of action
and can carry out a range of upgrades to most existing hardware
if required.

At Hague IT we aim to provide a broad range of software services,

The more recent but rapidly developing issue of Spyware now poses
a significant threat to business computer systems. Hague IT has
a sound working knowledge of Spyware detection, removal and prevention

Networks

At Hague IT we have experience administering a variety of commonly

More simple email solutions can be provided where an Exchange
/ Notes implementation is not appropriate.
Backup
& disaster recovery
Hague IT has experience in designing and installing effective
backup solutions, as well as managing a wide variety of existing
backup implementations. Routine data restore and disaster recovery
testing can also be performed on the customer’s behalf to
ensure the data being backed up is adequate in the event of both
minor and major incidents.
Data
recovery
A hard disk problem need not always result in total loss of data,
particularly if the data is business critical. Hague IT has experience
in a variety of software and hardware techniques designed to promote
maximum data recovery should this situation arise.

sites
We are able to offer a complete web development / design service
for businesses not already on the internet and looking to establish
a web presence for the first time, while existing web sites can
